Abstract

Certain values or necessities are essential for human beings for conducting their life in a dignified manner. Human resources development i.e., education is one of the essential values such as food, clothing, shelter medical care / health etc. We all human beings differ from each other in some way or the other; And hence, the ways we all acquire learning, knowledge, and wisdom differ from each other as the product in theprocess of human resources development. However, those children who have some physical deficit such as loss of vision, limbs, hearing and learning disabilities have been referred to as differently abled according to the most recent coinage.
