Customer Perception towards Internet Banking: Contributing Factors

Today the Internet banking facilities are growing and becoming very popular because of convenience and flexibility. Without even interacting with the bankers, customers transact from one corner of the country to another corner. The present paper explores the major factors responsible for internet banking based on respondents’ perception on various internet applications. It also provides a framework of the factors which are taken to assess the internet banking perception.
