Abstract

China has been undergoing opening up reforming over thirty years. Plenty of rural surplus labor force flowed to the city transfering to the non agricultural economy sectors and made a great contribution to China's economic development. Many scholars are being devoted to measure the rural surplus labor force in china over the years. Recently, some provinces and cities appear "labor shortage" phenomenon. Many scholars start to put forward that the era of China’s rural surplus labor force has ended and Lewis Turning Point emerged or imminent. This paper establishes a model of resources allocation optimization in a Chinese peasant group economic system and deduces the formula of measuring the amount of rural surplus labor force adhere to a empirical study and corresponding
procedure of measuring and analyzing.
